I don't think there's a solution for this. It's very clear that the guy just tried to scam as much as he could before getting banned.

He wasn't ever going to deliver. He is on a scamming spree and if his account is allowed to remain open, he'll just scam more people.

there should be some rule or something to avoid chances of getting scammed.
Maybe a rule book or maybe the minimum number of posts to open a sales thread should be 200 or more. Jr VIP 100 post is ok to accept and see hidden VIP section but for opening sales thread maybe they have to be more strict
or maybe more focus on saying multiple times always be careful while sending payment ( you should be very careful sending money to someone,bhw always advise to be very careful not to send payment to you dont trust)

There's always a chance of a Jr. VIP being hacked as well. I would wish that business through PMs could be prevented entirely.

I have been messaging him on Telegram trying to get to the bottom of this. Through my conversations with him, he was very communicative and provided constant updates and then this happened this morning.
From what I understand he says he did not scam anyone, that the guy put a shitlist add up for a 2 hour delay My project I have with him I paid half up and the other half upon delivery.
he says he can not access the link to the data because his account is banned and you did not want to hear his side of the story. If he gets unbanned he intends to complete the projects he is working on
is this a misunderstanding ? Please let’s look into it

He was banned for abuse of staff, not scamming, but has taken that to a new level by scamming members per his posts here.

If he don't do anything wrong why he used abusive words. You can clearly see that on the 1st page. He can explain his situations to the Mod. They will hear the details from both the side. And then only he got banned. It's not a one sided argument.
So he got banned for abusing staff and not actually scamming people ? Then what he has told me has some truth to it, that he can not complete projects due to being banned.
I am sure there is multiple others like me in this situation. We should not be victims in this because staff is not happy with the selective wording he decided to use and caused feelings to be hurt.
I humbly request the ban gets lifted so he may complete the project I paid him for and figure out a better solution to this
