Marketplace Thread Approved​

Summary
This sale has been checked by the marketplace moderation team to ensure that it meets the standards for the marketplace.

Service Information
  • The sites in the PBN were checked for ownership and quality.
  • The sales thread is live and paid for with an expiration of December 8th (the buyer will have to pay for a renewal then).
The process to take over a BST is here and these steps are mandatory:

What's the process?
  1. We ask that a conversation is started with @Diamond Damien which includes both the buyer and the seller detailing:
    1. what is being sold (ie part of a thread, the whole service, the account)
    2. the price and
    3. date of transfer
  2. We check that everything is in order running through our own due diligence to ensure it's all correct and above board.
  3. We then put the new owner of the thread through the same marketplace review they would run through if they were fresh into the marketplace.
  4. If they pass this review with the same results as the previous owner there are no further changes. If there is an improvement/downgrading in service, then we reflect this in the review.
  5. We then create this thread - with the service as it was at the time of transfer (see below) explaining what's happened for transparency.

Information For Buyers:
  • Service Quality: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.
  • Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.
  • Review Copies: Per the marketplace rules, if a seller does not offer trials or review copies, please do not request them in the sales thread, otherwise your post will be removed and further action may be taken.

Hosting, is this all on a PBN hosting service or different hosts?

What's the range of metrics of the sites, from DR x to y and Rds x to y, ( feel free to drop a couple of URLs to look at. )

Finally; "I’m expanding my businesses and I want to use the profits from selling this PBN to invest in other businesses."
You're not going to be setting up a new PBN service?

Some of the worst sites (stat-wise) are subject to be change if needed. As we all know, backlinks come and go, and metrics change over time. Some domains could have had DR20+ when bought, lost a few valuable links, and DR drops below 5.

3) I was planning on investing in my other websites / affiliate sites / SaaS / agency.

At the moment I'm not planning on creating a new PBN.

If this is something that a buyer would want to discuss as a rule that we can't compete, then I guess we can come to an agreement that for at least 12 months I won't launch a new PBN sales thread on BHW.

Will have to ask each client to re-subscribe. I've changed PayPal accounts in the past several times, and each time I had to ask this to customers. Everyone understood and complied.

Before you fulfill the transaction, please contact me to remove all links pointing to my website; because there is no guarantee that the new owner of this service will continue your policy of <50 OBL and i don't want any spammy pbn network pointing at my website.
Again, this is only available before you sell it; as your customer i expect to be contacted before the switch to the new owner.

Yes, with the permission of each of them. I would contact all customers notifying that there's a change in ownership, and ask for a permission to share their contact details with the new owner.

Ok, will do, if I ever sell this PBN. Since the network is big, there's a very small chance that I'm going to find a buyer, but if that happens, then of course I will notify you.
