Sure id be happy to elaborate. IG verification requires several high end publications in order to get approved. You simply cannot get verified on IG or FB without press. When we say "PR needed / PR not needed" its to say if you already have sufficient press we can offer the service at a lower price. Hope this cleared up any confusion. Feel free to PM.
