Do you offer this service for all GEOs? Are you doing this using legal methods so that the service can be resold without problems?
 
and would an ebay store owner know who contacted ebay to remove the feedback? in case if you allow reselling.

Pricing is in the post, for a single removal it will be the high end of the range, but the price goes down with volume if you need a lot removed each month.

Yes, we cover all GEOs. All legal methods, we have a few resellers already and haven't had any issues over 2 years.

The eBay store owner may receive an occasional "How did we do?" type of message from eBay asking how their support was but it is not very often and they would have no way of knowing who provided the service.
 
Can you be more specific with the price, please? Furthermore, do you require access to the Ebay account?

Pricing is dependent on volume, for 1 removal it will be on the higher end of the range in the post. If you need 100 removed it would be on the lower end of the range. We do not require any passwords or access to the account.
