The seller delivers the blog post in a speed of light.
Firstly, the site is DA, CF 20, few links were pointed to it and the site is indexed.
The design of the site is fair, not great but typical of PBNs in this price point.
The article was spun but readily, better readable than what I've been seeing recently, however, the site linked to casino sites.
The article is also short, although this was stated, it should however be improved to avoid foot print.
Overall, this is good for tier 1 or a side project, and for the price point, more effort can not be put into this if I'm being honest.
