is this website trusted ?

It's a legit exchange, used by lots of people. However, I don't have experience with it.

Just like Binance - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/binance.com

Bad reviews on TrustPilot barely mean anything these days. You can pay for thousands of negative reviews.

I did a little research on ByBit.

- They spend a crazy amount of budget on ads, I found their ad on Cointelegraph, Hackernoon, Etherscan, Cryptocompare, and other industry giants that charge a ridiculous amount of money for placing ads on their site.

- Coingecko is showing a 7 trust score which, to my point of view, is acceptable.

- 16th biggest centralized exchange according to CMC.

- They have 700k+ followers on Twitter and the quality of the graphics used in tweets is quite professional.

- Their website has a huge authority level and got hundreds of thousands of backlinks from other giant sites.

So my verdict is that I wouldn't hesitate to sign up and send my crypto to this exchange if the token I want to trade is available only on this exchange, it seems to be pretty much legit to me. However, if there isn't any special necessity, I wouldn't prefer it over Binance, Kraken, or Bitfinex.

Yes it is
Good exchange and for people that take trustpilot as refernce
please visit Paypal page and you will see that it's the biggest scammer
All big companies have thousands of negative reviews. It's normal. People who have no issues usually don't leave reviews because they have nothing to say and no reason to waste time writing one.
However, people who do have issues, are more prone to take their time and post a negative review.
Some of the biggest companies in my country (ISPs, big stores, banks, and so on) have a 2/5 score, but I used them all and had no issues whatsoever.
Also, 9 times out of 10, when someone posts a negative review, the issue was their fault. Check Google Play app reviews. People don't know how to use the apps, how to create accounts, how to reset their password, and leave 1 star reviews.

Yes that's what i tell my costumer to convince them buy my service

More than 80 crypto exchanges closed in 2021. Stay away from small exchanges. Choose ones which are at least few years in existence.

Its a popular exchange, just dont touch leveraged trading. Bybit is known to trade against their customers. They know exactly where your stop loss is ( or majority of the stop losses ) so they do the same that that Binance does, they do quick dumps, get you liquidated, and collect their funds. However, for buying spot BTC, and other cryptos without leverage, Bybit is a decent exchange.
