Bro I don't know your situation, but some things you can do that really won't hurt are:
Meditation
Lifting weights
Journaling

Humans have only been dealing with Modern BS problems for a very short time out of our entire existence.

your Brian doesn’t know the difference between a tiger that poses a threat and elevates stress levels and a dumb client on fiverr that elevates stress levels.

What I am trying to say is as humans this type of feeling is very common in our modern world.

best solution is to take care of yourself and do things that reduce stress and make you mentally stronger.

start with working out and eating healthy.

throw in some meditation and maybe some fasting

google “wim hof” try some of that..

what may feel hard today will probably be very silly in your mind when you look back.

just remember that you are not alone in feeling the way that you do. Everyone is dealing with something. Time will make things better.

After you take some time off and come back, perhaps set new goals. Maybe you are not just burned out but also bored and not getting challenged enough. The things you mentioned all sound like chores, not really projects one would be happy to get into. Also, you got cash + crypto investments but no other kind of investment? Maybe try to look into that as well.

As for regular sex, you either need to get your body in order. Gym, nutrition, quality sleep, nice clothes, perhaps some "thicker" shoes too... If you hunt online, learn to take better pics or hire a photographer. If you are not in top 10% looks-wise but can carry a good conversation in person, cancel all online tactics and try finding women IRL only.

Or, you can also just order "takeout". Statistically relationship offers the most sex, but in practice, that is nothing to write home about, because they included swaths of guys in those polls who are not getting any and compared with to people in LTR who get "some". If all that sounds like not worth your effort and you want to instead use that energy to just make more money and build a business empire, all the more power to you for being a smarter man. Now for the most important lesson, if you do decide to chase or "rent": You wouldn't want to risk half of your hard-earned wealth, wouldn't you? So wrap it up and dispose it out of her reach. Also: no cohabitating with crazy people, and they are all crazy.

What you describe is classic burnout.

Take a break. You're doing great, just get rest and your brain will naturally bring you back to what you love doing.

It's like running a marathon, maybe you were running a bit too fast and got tired. Try to take it easy.
Also sounds like you would benefit from finding a partner at least for a while, maybe feel something else (e.g. love?).

Thanks all for the replies guys. I'm feeling better today.

We keep on keeping on :)

Read through your experience & this update. Glad to hear you're in better spirits. Definitely start considering getting your work itch filled somewhere else & see what you can outsource to someone else to do for you.

Give you the mental space to do what others suggested: hone in on your purpose and do what fulfills that.

Cheers mate!

It is time for you to take rest before it is too late. Meet your friends, have sex and just recharge your batteries, otherwise your mental problems will grow bigger. Try to avoid using the Internet or at least use it but not for work. Take a week off, if your savings allow you to do so.

It's time to go somewhere, somewhere where you feel good, where you feel nice, the mountain, fresh air, river...

We all go through those periods and most of the time we keep pushing them under the carpet, and that's very bad and we know it but still, we push and move on.

Sometimes we feel bad, sometimes we get over it all and we think it's better, and we start giving 200% every day once again, however...

We can do that for a couple of weeks, a couple of months, even a couple of years, but, the day when everything breaks and goes to hell will be so painful!

You know that moment when we say to ourselves "I should have done that / I should have listened to myself".

As we get older it gets harder and harder but somehow we don’t change those things until we bang our heads against the wall.

Ah, everything has its prices, it's still a lot better than working at McDonald's.

Pretend you've been diagnosed with a terminal illness. And you have 1 week left to live.

How would you spend those last 7 days?

If you are financially secure, according to Maslows Hierarchy of Needs, the next thing you might want is companionship.
Say a girl friend to do things with.

Being around attractive women is the strongest anti-depressant I know of. If there's 1 reason we know we are here...
it's to reproduce. I'm not saying go have kids. But you ARE going to die one day. You WILL look back at the petty problems
you have now & wonder why you gave a fuck about such stupid things.

Why you spent so much time glued to a screen, and not outside trying to meet females.

It's HARD yes. But it's only hard when you have high expectations. I always keep low expectations. When I see a pretty woman at
the park around my age, who's alone, I don't give a shit if she's married. I can't assume things. So as soon as I pass by with my dog,
I stop running, then let my dog sniff her feet... as I pretend to pull my dog back but never actually do.

Then I apologize & say "I'm sorry I think my dog likes you".

Then when she says "that's ok" and steps back... I make the leash long enough for her to trip on it. Then I'll apologize again & say
"sorry, these stupid leashes never work right". The point is I intentionally do dumb shit to get a laugh or some brief interaction.
As I usually see the same faces week after week. And I will keep doing my thing.

YOU WERE PUT HERE FOR A REASON BUDDY. If you need a companion, that's fine to admit. Which you really didn't admit.
But if that's something you want.... you're gonna be dead in 7 days. So get to fucking work.

Actually you raise a very valid question.

I know a ton of people in a field related to digital, marketing, IT or else who feel some kind of depression when they are in front of the screen all the time.

I have been there too...

Social isolation is very common accross digital guys and it can really have an impact on your lifestyle and mental health.

You wake up, you stay home, you work, you finish your day or extend it because your tool is your device so you go a bit on youtube, google, social medias and you are sometimes connected all day and all evening...

Our brain is retarded and really not adapted for digital technology yet so it's tricking your dopamine levels and sense of "being social"... we survived as a species exclusively because of our social collaboration and it's still very deeply in us...

I know I could never go full time digital marketing and need to keep a part time job where I actually see people in real and not on webcam...

Maybe you face this deeply after years of loneliness...

And yes seeing family or having someone at home is helpful but not like having to go somewhere to work...

Studies showed this year that people being fully remote were very happy at the beginning, but bored as hell and depressive after months of full remote work, especially single/non married people.

It's debatable but I am sure I don't say dumb fish shit this time...

You say you have a montly to do list.
Do you have a daily one?
I like filling up my daily to do list with a bunch of small, bullshit tasks :D:D
It makes me feel much better.
But, it also makes me want to push forward, keep the ball rolling, and complete the bigger and more difficult tasks!

Also, every big task can be broken down into much smaller tasks! So, just write all the small tasks out... And eventually the big one will be finished.

@Scorpion Ghost get yourself checked out for depression, I suffer from it and no amount of holidays help me, you have to find something that helps you, and thats not easy, sorry.

Being around coworker and speak to humans is very helpful, isolation and remote is horrible for depressive people. No dopamine at all...

You need love and friendship my man.

No amount of holidays alone will fix your issues.
