You really didnt explain your situation , do you have problems disclosing info with your country or trying to invade taxes or ...
You always need a middleman , its either a broker (For crypto) or bank for Fiat , it always depends on your situation and how much fees you are going to pay
and yes everyone can buy properties even being offshore (if offshore mean something)
