(Gambling) I have a client with 500K/Month Adwords Budget .help needed

Hello, I own an advertising agency, and I have an approach from a potential customer, but his business is about Gambling he said his monthly Budget is 500k euros For AdWords.
for the Gambling business, I am thinking to do cloaking! (Since it it illegal,if anyone tried before let me know how much time until you get discovered)
but for the spending problem, I have no idea!
I have a Google MCC account but yet do have any credit line!
what do you guys think about this and how I can win this customer?
his audience is Spain

He is waiting for my business plan first and also he will be paying with his credit card I am only responsible for managing the campaigns ...

Depending on which cloaker you may use and your campaign creation and campaign operation skills, a GAds account with a cloaked campaign would last 3 days to approximately 3 months.
So, that is why people usually use churn & burn GAds accounts for cloaked campaigns, making payments while the account lasts, after that moving to the next churn & burn account.
Depending on what cloaked campaign you are running, it may be considered blackhat or illegal. In casino, gambling cloaked campaigns you are doing basically affiliate marketing and not scamming people. As per Google Ads cloaking may not be officially allowed. Many times we have read in the news about Google itself being fined by certain jurisdictions for doing certain things that are not allowed there. Affiliate marketing sometimes may be badass. Keeping Google's "feelings" aside, do what you want to do, as long as you don't scam people.
 
If you never used a cloaker, I'd suggest you to start with a bit less than 500K.
Whatever your decision is, do not, and I repeat - DO NOT connect his account to your MCC.

But I dont know where to get the churn and burn accounts ?
also what threshold they has usually
with this customer case he needs to be spending at least 500k/month so that's almost 20k/ day! how can I do that with Churn and burn ?
I really need help with this as I am a newbie and want to learn and mostly I dont want to let the customer runaway !

I have MCC with no Credit line, the client though that I am a big agency with MCC account that has spending limits over 1m$ and actually I am not, my MCC account has nothing just a bunch of commerce and brand accounts and local business from other simple legal accounts.

I'd suggest you hire an expert to work with. If you hire someone from this forum, ensure they are a Jr VIP of long standing.

Your entire mcc will get burned in no time. If he wants to use your credit line, run away.
 
Even if you use a cloaker start small and see your campaign approved first if you have no experience. Test different campaigns before spending too much on it.

I see that you provide GGl account, do you have MCC account with credit line ?
 
Most of the guys who spend at that level do media buying, where they dont have to worry about getting banned. Unless they have the appropriate licenses, then they will have no issues with google.

Is your client licensed to run gambling ads? If not it is a lot better to run media buying campaigns.
