Instagram Account Temporary Lock / Disabled.

After using the App "reports" to track the activity on my instagram page, I was logged out and could not access my account anymore, at first I thought that it was a temporary lock placed on my account since instagram automatically detected it as phishing when I logged in using the third-party app Reports but after contacting instagram I have been told that my account was disabled for violating t&c even if I really doubt that. at this point I am not fully sure what to do since I have been contacting them daily for the past 9 days but I have not received any replies other than the one that they stated it was disabled. any suggestions would be more than appreciated and if nothing works I would be willing to hire someone who can help me to get it back. I have had that page for almost 7 years now so I cannot afford to lose it

Honestly I thought that using that app was pretty safe, I mean you just had to login with credentials and browse through followers just like a normal app, however I might have been wrong on this.

My secondary account is connected with facebook, unfortunately not the main one..

I believe home wi-fi, hard to remember though, it been a while..

Logging into any third app isn't safe and could get your account into trouble. Do not put your credentials anywhere except on the main Instagram domain specially on main accounts to keep them safe!

I dont think it was the app, been running 500 account on scraping for the past year and even they dont seem to get banned. Maby the app was doing something fishy or you used to use different app?

The app is named "Reports" and seems that I am not the only one having this problem, the negative feedbacks left on the app store show that many users have been banned after using this app. I have been using it for almost 3 years now and I just got banned, I am pretty confident that was because of me logging in the app because as far as I am aware I did not violate any other rules

Hi is not instagram like telegram where you can make a submition and claim it was wrong disabled and you didnt get over rules. At telegram at least is possible this option
