OK, thanks for the info. We will take a look at it. The included openssl libs are optimized for macos monterey and it seems like they wont get loaded on an earlier macOS version.

Updated my OSX with Open SSL libraries using Bew ([email protected] using this guide: https://brewinstall.org/install-openssl1-1-on-mac-with-brew/) . The problem persists.

Thank you very much. The weird thing is that I manage to scrape results the first day with no problem. Everything crashed when I installed the Email Premium Plugin. After that I got the -1 library problem.

Its probably due to an update. It sounds like they are working on it though.

I'm not.
My issue has been resolved.
@softtouch2009 sent me a new install file and it works now !

I'm getting the same problem - I'm on High Sierra and a mbp on Catelan - neither of which are playing nice. I have installed open ssl - stilll have the same problem, as this is holding up my work any suggestions gratefully recieved.

PROBLEM SOLVED! Latest official update (2.1.19) fixed the error "-1 Could not load SSL Library". Thanks to ScrapeBox Support Team that was very patient, got the problem as a priority and cracked the thing out in no time. Amazing support for an amazing product. You won my heart.

I am surprised, my SB version is 2.1.0.27 not 2.1.19 ?!
In other hand, do you update each time your SB and using new version?

Just click the Update/Download button or go to SB website and download the new version. You have to do it just once.
