How to Null and Activate Premium WordPress Themes and Plugins [Valuable info]

You will need to modify 3 files. You can install the theme and download the modified files below (as a zip file) and unzip it inside the theme's main directory, replacing the 3 original files.

The files in the zip file are in the same structural order, so unzipping it inside the main folder will put them in the right place. Or you may replace them manually. They are:

tijarah / functions.php
tijarah / inc / activate-license.php
tijarah / inc / update-checker.php

You may compare the modified files with the original files and learn the changes made so you can modify future releases.

In the list of the suggested and required plugins, one of them (Tijarah Element) has a warning that it needs a license to be downloaded. You can go ahead and install it. The modification in the three files manages that because it is checked locally. If the author changes that to verify it in their servers in any future version, then it will stop working.

Could someone please help me get past the license activation of the Colormag Pro theme? I have read through this thread's replies and tried to snoop around the theme's files myself, but they're different from what have been posted so far so I couldn't apply the same code. For one, I think the files that needs to be modified are: something inside /freemius/, functions.php, and /inc/freemius-migration.php, but this is just me assuming with my very limited knowledge of PHP.

Do this:

I. As soon as activated, the original theme forces WordPress to install the "MTS Connect" Plugin ("mythemeshop-connect"). So, (1) DEACTIVATE the theme and (2) look for the "MTS Connect" plugin in the plugins list and UNINSTALL it if you find it.

II. Now install and activate the nulled version of the "MTS Connect" plugin included in this download and then install and activate the nulled version of the theme, also included in this download, and you are ready to go. Do it in THAT order.

Further automatic downloads of the "MTS Connect" plugin, and updates, and some nag screens were disabled so you don't need to worry about it. Even the copyright from "MTS" in the footer was removed.

By the way, this is Version 1.1.4. Version 1.1.12 is already out there.

The only thing, I am still investigating are those toggle buttons all across the settings screens (picture below). They are working ok, but somehow they have missing graphics (javascript, CSS, etc.) for making them pretty. I guess it is because it is downloaded from the MTS website and it is mostly blocked with the modifications. You may use the theme and as soon as I can come with a solution I will let you know.

No problem bro.

I forgot to mention that the theme has a "White Label" option, where all the references, links, and logos to MyThemeShop are removed automatically.

If you would like to use that option, just go to the theme folder and in the "functions.php" file (not to be confused with the "functions" folder), and in LINE #24, change this:

to this:

 define( 'MTS_THEME_WHITE_LABEL', true );

You can always change it back to "false" if you prefer to see their logo in the "Theme Options" in the admin area (I like the logo :D )
 
hi, i have a prestashop theme ported from elementor and wordpress this theme need to be nulled, i try it with your guide and i success, but remote templates not works any way to fix this? codes are simirlar to your guide wp_remote_get etc.

You know, I have not the time right now to take a look at it, but you may try what I have seen others doing.

In the theme directory, look for the file "functions.php" and at the very top, right after the following code:

if ( ! defined( 'ABSPATH' ) ) {
    die();
}

Insert this line:

update_option( 'porto_registered', true );

It should look like this:

<?php
if ( ! defined( 'ABSPATH' ) ) {
    die();
}

update_option( 'porto_registered', true );

Use "Copy & Paste" to make sure you don't insert an error. PHP is veeery sensitive to syntax errors and crashes right away as soon as it finds one when the compiler is running.

I hope it helps because, at this point, I am having a very tight schedule and will not be able to look it further for now.

P.S.

Make sure you revert back to original what you tried first when trying this.

Thank you for answering my question. I already have this code in my theme. Unfortunately, it can't work anymore. They will check the license to the original server, and give the error
An error occurred while updating Porto: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

I see. It is about updating. Even if they were not doing that at first, 99% of the developers check the validity of the license at their servers when it comes to handing a file for updating to the latest version.

What nulling does is local. It makes the theme or plugin work without a license. It does not provide for updates unless the developer is that fool to hand the files without checking first.

The action to take is to install the latest version and null it and not try to update. When a new version comes again, the same must be done. You either pay that price in work, or the price of the easy updates in $$.

I am sure a code can be forged to make it work flawlessly but again, without updating.

I don't have that one but anyway, if you are looking to overcome the lack of functionality of the native WP search, the very best search plugin I have seen and tried, is Relevanssi. It was shared by @Festinger here some time ago.

It works perfectly because it pre-indexes all the data on your website and search results are perfect.

Even better, it searches for similarities among products and populates the "related products" area with products using similar keywords.
