After reading your journeys I'm more inclined to dive into local.

What's holding me back is that you didn't share much about some core points of your strategy for growing your sites, namely linkbuilding and copywriting.

Linkbuilding: you said you use only PBNs, ok but how about link velocity, anchor distribution, PBN types (there's some here that can blast 1000 links in a day and others that give you 10 niche edits on heavily backlinked guest blogs, like monster white to make an example)

Copywriting: i don't mean to be cynical here, but I don't expect you to build sites for potential competitors the same way you would do for yourself.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this offer is not real. You are definitely for real and you would know hot to grow these sites, but newbies may have a hard time doing that, and they are the main target of this ad or not?

Then a question: why a dedicated server? Do you think hosting the sites on cheaper shared servers would be detrimental even at their initial stage?

I usually chat a lot during and after the order about link building and growing the site etc. I always like chatting with clients and often suggest how they can grow the site to earn more money etc. It's what I enjoy doing, I'm thinking of creating some sort of Skype/Discord as well for everyone to chat and ask questions.
2. I don't necessarily go into the details about velocity etc. I'm not an expert on link building so my advice has always been to follow the experts. There's people here on BHW and in the SEO/IM community that are good to learn from. You can learn a great deal about these topics here and online.
3. I can understand the thought but it's not really the case. I've just finished a couple of sites and the homepage was nearly 2,000 words of very in-depth and researched content. It's 100% in my best interest to provide the best service I can. The better optimized the content the better the ranks and the happier my clients are. I actually think I put more effort into client sites than my own as I have different strategies for my own sites and have a lot of mass page/parasite/spammer sites of my own. Right now as an example I have a new test site which has 1,000,000+ words of lorem ipsum spun and another test site that's local and is written with lorem ipsum.
4. I use DigitalOcean as it saves me a lot and the quality of service is much better. Speed is good and offers me a lot of tools to optimise and host a lot of sites etc. Nothing wrong with shared hosting, I just prefer the setup I've got.
