I'm new to the Crypto world, I was wondering if somebody can advise me some the crypto wallet site and how to sell BTC and transfer cash to Skrill.

For cryptocurrencies, Trust Wallet, Atomic Wallet are good secured decentralized wallets. Since you are a newbie to crypto, please stay safe with any crypto wallet, see https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/wallet-passphrase-private-keys-never-share-it-with-anyone.1365639/#post-14793914.
Regarding selling Bitcoin and receiving into Skrill, not directly possible, because in Skrill, only bank transfers coming from a bank account held in your name are accepted into your Skrill account. A workaround to that is localbitcoins dot com (they have escrow) where you can sell Bitcoin and instruct seller to send money to your bank account and then from your bank account you can transfer to your Skrill account.

I'm using Kraken among others like Binance and Coinbase. You should diversify as you can't be 100% sure if someday the Exchange will be hacked or offline. Like it happened to me on Cryptopia where I've lost all my altcoins

@eddiejure I'm really sorry to know you lost all your crypto. Never use the lesser known exchanges and even in the bigger or better known exchanges, keep ONLY that much crypto which you usually trade with and the rest, transfer and keep them safely in a decentralized crypto wallet such as Trust Wallet and then when you want to sell (or trade) some of them, at that time only transfer back to an exchange.

My vote is go for Binance, there is also P2P system. Creating account at binance is very easy.
Don't forget to complete KYC at Binance and always on 2FA security. Best of Luck.

weird everyone saying binance
they froze everyones btc today for maintenance
personally i would never keep funds on exchange unless actively trading
keep them on your hardware wallet (ledger/trezor). or download the btc blockchain+wallet onto an old laptop and brush up on how to properly secure it. but that is kind of advanced. if youre new then why not keep on exchange i guess. everyone starts somewhere. good luck on the journey.

You can use Trust Wallet and MetaMask. If you hold MINA you can try AURO they are giving good staking ratios for MINA

Just as everybody above said Binance would be your best option. If you are in the U.S. use Coinbase or FTX

Mostly Binance is used by users , Hence it has easy interface and UI ! Hence Use binance for trading and buying !

+1 for binance and kucoin.

If you are from USA, you cannot use binance. Com. You can however use coinbase which is also a good exchange.
