I've started this job in August and now my manager wants me to create SEO strategy and goals for next 3 month. Can you recommend a good template for this? For previous month I had to work on on-oage, off-page, tech-seo and now the results are fine but not really amazing. What should I add in my seo strategy? I have already have keywords to work for ranking, working on linkbuilding, social media, forums. How should I create seo strategy? please help

Most companies follow pre-existing templates. If your company doesn't have any templates, you should either modify free templates available on internet or create one yourself from scratch.

Find the blog opportunity that your company is missing and get the keywords and create a Content Structure and get started with the content.
From my point of view, technical SEO is a bit easy.
The hard part is to build HQ backlinks. There are a lot of ways to build a backlink. Find one which works for the company website and start to work on it.

It's good to discuss but honestly, no one can tell what will work for you until you found it yourself I mean there are some basic activities, that are all over the internet, but how can someone tell what will work for you, every niche is different so are the ways of ranking, start with basics, perform deep research about your given site niche, understand the needs demands of the audience, see what your competitors are doing, those who are already ranking, then find out what works the best for that niche, remember a good on-page SEO is always important to focus on the technical SEO as well.
make your site user and search engine friendly, then use the power of social media, blogging and social sharing will always help, try to make natural and high quality, don't get into low-quality links, it will only ruin your site DA, These days google is only focusing on better user experience, so your priority should be same, nothing else works if you won't focus on this.
