A little trick to avoid account terminated by network.
- Join a network accept reup for some kind of contents (pay less but safer), you need to make a deal with your network, manager.
- Beware when using title like "Highlight Mu - Liverpool" or famous anime, tvshow. It will raise a red flag.
- Use your music as outro and intro (first 30sec or last 30sec) isnt really good also, especially for new MCN accounts.
- Spilit the eggs.
Instead of buying song or music with high price, you can create them urself.

So basically, you are uploading video clips you think will catch views even if they are copyrighted, adding your music to them, then claiming a part of the video's ad revenue because it's using your music?

No problem bud and to answer your question is basically correct as you are basically just adding the music to them and you act like your someone who's using that's not theirs and claim the ad revenue from them.

All my songs are in Dittos. Anyone tried this with Ditto ? I am also a producer, and planning to produce songs free to artists who cant afford it, then I use their songs to do this method .

I am not familiar with Dittos but it sounds like you have a nice plan to give those songs away for free and use their songs for this method. You're onto something there just put it into action but you should do some research on that program you're using. It shouldn't matter what program you're using as long as the songs are not currently in the YouTube Content ID system yet.

Do we even need Distrokid, Tunecore or the other labels? Is there no other way to use content ID without not only giving them a cut but also risking your account getting frozen?

I'm actually gonna ask one of the posters who said you can join a network/distributor that doesn't have risks of your account getting frozen. This is my one hangup with this method is that I don't want to have to worry long-term about getting frozen because if we're all going to do this for the future so we can continue to make a living off of it then the key would honestly be with a safer distributor.

I'm not fully sure about it yet but I didn't notice ads until I had channels that met those requirements. For sure don't use content that will get you struck down. If it does happen just don't use that content again.

OMG! You're a big help bro, I'm gonna have to DM you privately about the networks because that's my biggest hangup with this method is finding networks where I never have to worry about being frozen.

It's tricky where the music is placed because you still want to keep retention rates quite high so that the video makes really good money and having it as the intro is risky but you seem experienced at it so maybe it does work better that way.

You're welcome man and thanks, yep, you pretty much find an old piece of music to put into the system and make money off of it. I would recommend buying music at some point and only using the old music in the beginning when you're low on money.

I do the same on some bordeline niche yet monetized channels. This way, even if they get demonetized, I enable content Id via music claim. In my case I purchase a voice drop related to the channel name and pay a producer to create a catchy track with the voice drop inside, this way it also adds value to the video by adding some sort of branded outro music. Never tried this method as plan a, since I am not into copyrighted spam content, and I suggest you to try build proper channels as @Grigorirasputinn is now doing, as it is safer and also more personally rewarding than spamming the platform.

I also thought about doing that as I actually did that with the channel that I made $2k off of as it started as a copy claim method channel and then to my surprise YouTube allowed it to be monetized for a week before demonetizing it. Luckily most of the content that I had uploaded during that period of time had my copyright music in it but the bad thing is the videos that went viral because they didn't have my music in it didn't make a dime for me. Lesson learned after that to always keep my music in it on those borderline niche yet monetized type channels like that as I'm actually planning on asserting this into one of my channels that is actually monetized right now because it was already demonetized a couple of weeks ago but YouTube's new feature where they allow you to film a recording explaining why your channel should go back to being monetized saved that channel.

I think it's the perfect setup to maybe feature music on those outros that aren't in the system yet so the minute you get demonetized you can put that song in the system so you don't come away empty handed.

The user put in has his profile blocked so I could see his example but of course, I'm still concentrating on monetizing original content as well, I'm just taking my time with it because I know those types of channels grow really slowly.

No problem bro and thank you so much for telling me that as I hope some good karma comes out of it for sure and I hope good karma comes your way as well for taking the steps to make money out of this method.

1. Nope no difference in all whether you have the music in the intro, outro, or over the whole video. It doesn't matter where the music is placed, it only matters the length as it needs to be long enough for the system to pickup on the music so I prefer 45 seconds to a minute at a minimum. Actually, the way you're doing it is actually perfect to do it over the entire video that means the system will most definitely pick up on the music. I only put the music in the outros because I have copyright content so I don't want to ruin the viewer's experience having my music over the original audio that was in those videos. By putting it in the outros then I'm not wasting the viewer's experience because at that point they can go on ahead and click off the video but that's only for copyright videos. The videos that it sounds like your videos is more necessary to have the music over the entire video.

2. Thanks to @mecalec13 for answering that question for me but yes the name of the song along with the artist and your label will show up at the bottom of your description box.

Let's say you do this method and decide to put your own music in the intro and outro of you channel, long enough for the Youtube ContentID system to pick it up. Why would YouTube freeze your channel for using your own music in the intro/outro? It makes no sense. This way I assume you can both continue using the robotic voice and earn money thanks to the copyrighted music you own.

YouTube Partner Program will not accept robotic voices as you'll have to use a real human voice and they don't like repetitive content. If your audience doesn't like it then you're going to have to do the copy claim method as explained in that video. You won't get paid as much as you would in YPP but you'll still be able to make revenue off of it as long as your videos are churning in those views. Like the poster said below you just get some music made and use a distributor like DistroKid or CD Baby to monetize it for you. Put the music either over the video, intro, or outro (end) and let it play for at least 45 seconds to 1 minute minimum and your video will have ads on them.

I looked carefully at the other channels in this niche, it doesn't seem to use different music in the background, but it still runs ads on videos. If I apply to mcn, would they accept me in YPP?

I'm confused, why some channels that use exact same method (robotic voice and repetive content) are still in YPP and some channels (like mine) are not accepted.. I feel overwhelmed by the situation and it's very frustrating when you see your channel die after working so hard

The last three months I've been figuring out ways to make a full-time living from YouTube again after taking time away from it for 3 years after the rule changes in the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) and there was some hope two years ago when my friend told me about the Tony Montana Method also known as the Copy Claim Method where all you do is simply put music that you enter through YouTube's Content ID system through a digital label and make money from it. One of the reasons why I wasn't so high on it because I didn't realize for the longest until this summer that you actually needed the channel to have the same monetization standards that a monetized channel would have with 1k subs and 4,000 hours of watchtime. Had I known about this two years ago, I would've been way more aggressive with this method.

The change for me happened two weeks ago when I made $2.2k from my August 2021 earnings. The previous month I made $200+ which was a new high at the time. It seemed like the method was a waste of time or should just be used as extra income. I was making $30 a month from the method for a while but since I used it in the summer more aggressively, I can now see the complete potential in this method. My friend and another BlackHatWorld member have made thousands off the method but I needed to make a lot more which was why I didn't really focus on it.

I had around 2.7 million views in August and that gave me $2.2k so now I know how much I'd probably need to make that type of a number so lately I've been really focused on one of my bigger channels.

My only problem is that since one of my labels dropped me back in January for cheating with this method, I won't know when my other two labels will drop me. For now, I'll keep using it until they catch me but I'm still focused on YPP but those channels will grow at my own pace and slowly.

I love copy claim because I can basically upload copyright videos the old school way with no transformation or spending any extra money on a voice over artist.

It's definitely worth it for anybody who succeeded on YouTube back in the day with copyright content.

how will you sustain this?
to me so far it seems only suatainbale via adsense.

you may get your payouts but almost everyone i know is getting their money frozen and distributor accounts banned when they start earning a lot.

so you may receive your payouts a few times but what is the point if you will get banned eventually because then you cannot sustain your income.

there are only some blackhat mcns which i heard about that wont freeze money.
but remember that youtube is involved in this crackdown and distributors ban releases etc
