Summary
The moderation staff has confirmed that the websites for sale are owned by the seller operating this sales thread and that all of the advertised points in this BST are correct. As we cannot guarantee satisfaction with the product upon purchase, please do your own due diligence into the seller and what they are offering before purchase.

Information For Buyers:
  • Service Quality: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.
  • Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. - Catchy .com domain with no spam records.
- 3 unique high quality handwritten and well researched articles with 1500, 1200 and 600 words.
- All articles focus on low a competition, high paying Adsense keyword (difficulty: 13, searches: 2400, CPC: $8.38 ).
- About us, contact us and privacy policy.
- Fully indexed and SEO optimized.
- No organic visitors so far as I did no promotion at all besides getting a couple of backlinks from a BHW review copy.
- Huge potential if you build backlinks, create social media pages or promote through paid ads.

Of course they are not making money: I haven't promoted nor monetized them. They are basically brand new.
The content alone (almost 40000 words) is worth more than $800, not to mention the keyword research, design and everything.
These are high quality sites, especially the first one. Not your typical PBN blogs with spun content.
