Does Facebook accept ID from users who have been permanently banned before?

Ineligible to use Facebook on previous account (real identity). I believe it was for having duplicate accounts since my account was disabled after adding phone number associated with a previous account I created many years ago and forgot about. I appealed and I was "ineligible to use Facebook". I created new Facebook account for ads. Later ad account disabled for "suspicious activity " and then submitted ID and everything went through fine. Am I on Facebook's blacklist of identities or am I good to go? Does Facebook check if you've been banned before when submitting id? Basically what I'm asking is: am I not on Facebook's blacklist or did they just not check?

Thank you so much for your help.

No, they do not blacklist ID's , but today you have small chance to pass through an identity verification when your Personal AD account ask for it

@JeanandradeRp I submitted my ID through my personal ad account using Facebook Chat and it went through. Do they check that I've been banned before? Also have you tried this personally (had banned FB profile and then submit ID with name and birthdate of banned profile on another fresh account after "suspicious activity" on personal ad account)? I am curious if I will be banned again because of my previous account. I am thinking if they check for ban history (then I am good and not on their blacklist since it went through).

1. They do not check if you've been banned before
2. Yes i have, There's a low % to sucessful passing through their verification algorithm
3. You will be banned again, not because of your previous account , just because they have a activated strict algorithm , like Elections day algorithm

@JeanandradeRp Thank you for your response. So you have had a previous profile (with real identity) completely banned and you made a new account and submitted ID (real identity) through a new account succesfully? I would just like to confirm. Thank you for your help.

I wonder, do they have any enforcement on ban evasion at all?

Can anyone else confirm that when you submit ID they do not check if you've been banned previously?

accounts should not be created with previously permanently banned information. You will probably pass the verification the first time, but your account will be locked the next time.

@Petter Ly Thank you for responding! Are you saying this from personal experience?

First, don't make your old account directly or indirectly linked to your new account.

Second, it is better to delete your old account or you can leave it, means you are better not login to that account anymore

Three, 'Always' follow their rules even sometimes they do ban innocent people

I don't think Facebook does that. But please expect that they are stricter these times so you might wait longer for the approval or even have problems getting approved.
