Summary
The moderation staff have confirmed that the website for sale is owned by the seller operating this sales thread, and that all of the advertised points in this BST are correct. As we cannot guarantee satisfaction with the product upon purchase, please do your own due diligence into the seller and what they are offering before purchase.

The real issue is the chargeback that it may happen, I can deliver everything, set up the site, and you charge back the money... we can do it via escrow if you want, Payoneer maybe?

I am open to all the possibilities what I want is to verify this solution has enough appeal to sell it as an upsell to my previous solution.

we can use a middleman for sure, and willing to pay by F&F if needed. The payment will come from a business paypal so, it's better as service but, nws

Stats update:

The last day on the stats I posted in the sales thread are from September the 4, so from that date to September the 20 2021 there has been 108 visitors more:

There were some periods where Analytics did not work properly (it seems that the auto-update features in WordPress erase the Analytics code), but I want to show you the site is up and running, still getting visitors and active, and there have been 2 new subscribers to the email sequence:

I am waiting for them to confirm their emails to measure their revenue (if any) and as new leads.

The things have not been consolidated with @Fitis yet, I have contacted a couple of other buyers, but nothing is set in stone yet, so ask any questions you may have, please.

Now, I am not buying more traffic to increase the list the site has, BUT I am still testing new offers and promoting to it, and today there were more leads and revenue generated from the list, so you can verify the list is responsive, alive and making money:

Same design, but it has embedded an entire monetization method via email marketing, and CPA as shown in the initial post.
