when I asked for his username he is not jr VIP
reported and got this response


so if I scrap skype contact or email and contact them outside the forum won't be considered selling outside the ...?

The event has to have it's origins in the forum and we have no posts that indicate that.

All we see is a guy grabbing Skype contacts and selling via Skype.

Maybe you are using the model that contains the default Facebook application. Some models like samsung, oppo have pre-installed the Facebook application with the only option to disable it instead of uninstalling it. You have no way to uninstall Facebook on these pre-installed models. However, if you do not want to use Facebook, you can choose to disable/stop. When you choose to disable, Facebook will not work, not collect data as well as user information

No I will do that manually

Correct, we do not manage the entire internet, including Skype, only our little corner of the world.
