Getting penalized with Links from Fiverr

I bought Article directory backlinks worth $400 for my first website from fiverr and my website got penalized.
I bought 50 pdf backlinks from Fiverr for my second website and it is also penalized after that.
Anyone else facing similar issues with Google penalty on websites with fiverr backlinks?

They were quality links from article directories like adobe.com and 200+ article directory backlinks. I think he did so many backlinks from same account that Google started detecting unnatural backlinks.
How am I supposed to build backlinks to my website? I can't afford $150 per Guest Post on BHW and PBN are dangerous.

Check out forum posts related to your niche. In no way order more than 10 at a time. What you're doing right now is quantity over quality. You might as well just send 093482504 crappy backlinks from GSA. The results will be the same.

If Sarkar is fake then 100% of the screenshot proofs of rankings is fake from other sellers also. I can't afford to buy 5k PBN links to rank my website as this is the amount of backlinks competitors have.

After like 10 to 15 days of buying these article directory links worth $400 from fiverr the articles which were around total 30+ in number and indexed naturally by Google Search Console without backlinks started to get deindexed.
After like waiting and seeing whats happening to my website all articles on first website got deindexed and waiting for 3 months all of them still remains deindexed
On second website I purchased backlinks with like 50 pdf distribution at the end of september 2021 articles I published after 3 oct 2021 are no longer getting indexed. I like published 3 articles on second website after 3 oct 2021 and none is indexed even after 10 to 15 days have passed. Earlier all articles on this website were getting indexed naturally when no backlinks were purchased and only backlinks to the website was like 10 forum post backlinks that are do--follow that I did earlier. Also like 5 articles got deindexed out of 40 articles on my website after I purchased the 50 pdf distribution backlinks.
Can someone confirm if they have purchased backlinks from fiverr and it got them ranked or got website penalized?

It may not be a Google penalty. Do you have a message in the Search Console, meaning that your site is penalized?

"Buying backings" and "Fiverr" should never be in the same sentence, unless the wording is " buying backlinks from Fiverr is something you should never even consider, let alone actually do "

You might be able to contact support, and report damage from your order, but it's probable that you simply lost your money.
That's a lot of money to spend on some of the crappiest link types out-there.
I would suggest that you learn a little more about link types, and stick with PBNs, guest posts, and niche edits from this marketplace.

You can get some good links from Fiverr vendors, but you have to get source lists up-front, and you have to run the links through backlink tools to check their profiles.
Something like DomDetailer is recommended, and then you can run the better players through something else to check for ranking keywords or spammy link profiles.
It's an involved process that you need to learn, no matter what platform you are ordering links from.

Otherwise, you are going to end-up buying big piles of spam.
If you can't get a refund, maybe try messaging the vendor, and asking to change the links to a competitor. (LoL)
If it makes you feel any better, I've lost thousands on bad links, so it's sort-of a learning experience, but all is not lost.
