Hey guys hope everyone having a blessed day
This thread will be for my YT journey as an extreme introvert person
I love how some entrepreneurs start their journeys without thinking about obstacles, bumps, difficulties they might encounter along the way.
The more you think about failing the more you build a distance from success.
I left my job 3 years ago from the biggest company in the world (P&G) cuz of my struggles as an introvert
I panic from public speaking, meetings and any other situation where i get under spot lights (i wasn't like that on my teens)
I tried to cure this nasty feelings but failed miserably. I'm now 33 yr old unhappily single
I'm not new to the online world especially digital marketing. I've tried every single business you can think of, from local marketing to having my own agency back in 2016 to close them all at the end due to world/businesses behavior changes
I'm now here announcing that I need and will start something that hopefully is bulletproof if everything went as planned
the most thing that let me down is i always look for shortcuts and quick ways to build businesses that unfortunately wont last
i was from the early adapters of the Instagram if you guys remember the powerlikes and powerviews thing ..I was happy and amazed from the cash that it generated me on daily basis
with the 7 years lessons I've from previous experiences i decided to not follow crab fads that come and go
No more shortcuts, quick cash, blackhat stuff, breaking rules ..etc
I want to build something that have compound effect rule, something like a farm the more you seed it the more it feeds you back
Why did I choose YouTube?
basically YT is the only platform that builds your skills and challenge you to overcome many things in life
for instance develop confidence, improve speaking, improve writing, time management, discipline, hopefully a way to generate an income as well
literally I've only $350 remaining on my saving account, however money is the tiniest problem I have from the list as you can tell hahah
the reason I'm documenting this journey on BHW is every time i think about procrastination or delaying an action towards my journey i remember that i promised myself and BHW members that ill keep them updated
a person without a community worth nothing and I really appreciate this platform for allowing such an opportunity to hold us accountable
hopefully I can be a reason for someone out there who resonates with my situation to take action and succeed in life
My plan and idea for the journey:
I want to film and share valuable content that I enjoys in same time people could benefit from
I wont be the next tech review channel or giving vague advices that I didn't try or experienced myself (imposter syndrome)
Instead Ill practice my own knowledge by creating step by step series of videos documenting a blog creation from scratch
for instance each video has its own topic from niche research, KWs picking, branding, to get the blog monetized all within one playlist (it could take 40 - 60 videos)
most blog youtubers show you how to do certain things but still you cant tell if its really going to work on their end ..isn't cool to see someone document the whole thing for one specific blog to avoid viewers confusion?
My first video will be an introduction on how my blogging journey will begin and what the viewers can expect from the channel
As the journey feels heavy on my shoulder ill try to update the thread weekly or biweekly
Finally I do listen from you guys in any advice or insights for your messed-up brother would be much appreciated
