This year is so tough for me... I lost the best person in my life this year and I'm so sad... I know that's life... I gave up but now I want to do something positive with my life because the person who I lost will be so sad to see me like that... That person will be so happy if I'm happy that's why this is my motivation to get better. Never been a big fan of money but I need to help my parents with the bills.

My salary's 250€. It's not much but I'm glad I get that money every month because without them would be worse. I'm not a person who wants to make a lot of money I just want use my time to learn skills and then to make some money maybe at the begining 100€ or less is enough. This will help me to pay some of my bills without getting money from my salary.

You would ask me what can you do if you want to make money? And I would say not enough but I'm willing to learn. For example I have basic skills in some things like video editing, adding substitles, etc but it's not enough to offer a service.

Please suggest me what would you do in this situation? First I know I need to learn English because I know it 50-60% out of 100%.

I want to start a Youtube channel, Instagram page, adding products to web shops etc but there's things that are stopping me... I don't have my own content, there's so many pages which are uploading others people content ( like IG and YT pages reposting content from Sports events, fitness pages dogs pages etc ) but I dont want to have problems with that because I don't know the law is it allowed or not...

I would love to hear your responses.

Hey MPC,

Sorry to hear you're having a rough time.
Sounds like you can build on your basic skills, and then offer them as a service on places like fivver and upwork
Google offer courses and certificates to manage ad campaigns etc, if you pass these you can freelance for some good money if you market yourself right,
LMK if you need a push in the right direction,

x

Hey, @MPC welcome to BHW first of all.

Sorry to hear about your loss, life sucks sometimes but as you said, life goes on no matter what!

Yeah, that is not enough...

What I always advise people like you, is:

Go with what you think will fit you the best.

Go with what it looks like it's interesting, things you think you can learn fast, etc...

Also, check some CPA courses, CPABuild for example, CPAGrip, CPALead.

The best thing you could probably do is to start with a website and get into the whole process of learning and testing.

Feel free to ask questions.

All the best ;)

Thank you for your time! I really can't choose which of my basic skills to improve... I definitely need something like a course to learn. But at the begining I cannot afford to buy it not because that much of the money but because there's courses who provide non useful content.

Yes, life sucks but all the people we lost they love us so much and they want us to be happy that's why I want to get better.

I will definitely check for more informations about the things you mentioned.

My hobby is watching sports like mma boxing football etc. I saw plenty of pages reposting this type of content but how can I upload that content with some editing when the content is not mine? I don't want to get involved with problems.

Maybe I can start uploading products to web stores but I don't know if they will choose me because of my experience. Honesty prefer to working for myself because many times when you work for someone they don't pay you.

To get the answer on how they upload that content, you have to test different videos.

You know how to edit, who knows, maybe you should try it...

I see you mention you don't have $ for courses, check the freebie section here on BHW or just search on Google/YouTube.

Most information today is free, it can take some time to find what you need but you'll find it at the end.

For the YouTube method, you should have 5 - 10 YT channels ready for testing first, videos will get taken down but that is the only way to find out what works and whatnot.

As for a website, I was thinking because, in the end, you'll need a site for anything you do...

That is one of the things I wish I did when I started and I'm sure many others would say the same thing as it was a huge mistake.

When you have your site, you are your own boss, you do whatever you want, and it can last a long time...

Everything else can drop at any time, remember that.

Thanks for the advice.

I already checked for free courses and I found some on Udemy. If you know some others resources for courses would be glad do see it.

About Youtube. You are right I need to test to find out what works and what not. I don't have a problem with that what makes me not taking action is that using others content on youtube ( i mean content from sports companies not from people's vlogs ) may cause me trouble. I don't know hows that working. I tried to find information but there's a couple of answers not just a specific one.

Do you have experience with Instagram? There's also a sports pages that are editing the videos with effects sound etc. and they sell shoutouts. I was thinking about creating a page where I will be editing the video adding effects cutting sound ( IG don't have copyright about sounds right? ) I mean popular songs. But again the content is not mine... Anyway IG is different than YT. On IG I'm not monetising my videos with ads. Just getting followers and later on doing shoutouts mostly.

Any idea about channels and pages on YT and IG without showing my face?

Creating website is great. But again don't know what type of website to be. Don't have a content to put in.

One of the easiest option for me would be to create a youtube shorts channel. I think I will get views simply by editing the video adding music effects etc. But the problem is when the channel reach for example 20-30-40K followers then how to monetise this channel? Is that possible? Are they going to copyright the content? Would be interesting to see what you think about that.

How old are you, and can you get an additional part time over your primary job?
It helps to know which country you're from; also other than youtube, are you considering offline'sh sources of income

I refuse to help anyone who is still stuck in the "i dont really care about money" mentality.

Embrace the money, and maybe youll get it.

And all the people that play that "i dont care about money" trip, observe them for a bit and how they tense up when it comes to money, and how they get married and get divorced for/over money, and how they fuck other people over because of money, and then youll knoe theyre just being hypocrites and pandering to society when they say that shit.

My point is, its harder to get money when you dont care for it so much, its harder to get science when youre stuck in religion, its harder to get to the truth when youre stjck in the lies.

So first you embrace money. You give money love. You say that you want money. And then your chances improve. But your reluctance to embrace money will make it harder for you to get it. Youre just putting up obstacles and making it harder on yourself.

Having said that... Go to Fiverr, make some gigs, theres always a chance of some money coming in from feeverr

Sorry that you are in this situation. I have found that when I'm feeling down, the best medicine is getting outdoors. Walk through nature trails, ride a bike, plant a garden, breath in the fresh air and exercise.

True

Money is a tool just like toilet paper.
Toilet paper can seem worthless too until you got shit all over you.
Then everyone wants some.

since you are interested in mma and have video editing skill, you can make videos like mmaworld/mma on point etc channels, those videos are easier to make..and falls under fair use policy if you do voice over and use only 7-10 sec clips from other peoples content (try fighters instagram clips while covering a story it's safe). but don't use anything from ufc's official channel they are very strict.

It may be boxing I also like boxing. There's so many channels on Youtube and they keep uploading and everything is fine. Most of them do voice over and edit their videos. I don't know if they are monetised because I think they're is no way to see if a channel is monetised but also I don't think some of those channels are wasting their time for nothing. Maybe I'm wrong I don't know.

I know money are important I'm just saying that I'm not someone with goals to earn 2000$ a month for example. For me it's just to use my free time with something who will benefit me. It may be work reading a book watching a movie...

Fiverr is a good option but there's so many skills people are providing there and I cannot do none of them. I want to learn some skill to be able to offer this service. Everything looks hard and people prefer someone with experience. Tell me please some of the gigs on Fiverr that are let's say more easier than others to learn.

or a few friends drinking is also a good way.

I would go on fiverr, made my first 100 bucks there.
