Keep processing. This is simplified version but if not is coder / developer you'd need multiple person o set this up.

That is the way to go ! - if you have acc creator bot (yt, twitter, facebook, insta, twtitch, etc) {$10,000} + paid proxies + server management of proxies + software to control all accs with their own dedicated proxies + SMM panel + Marketing + payment gateways + interaction API hookups,etc + whatever security you would like to have in your side, since it is ilegal in some countries/cities.

Stick to what another user mentioned "Connect with an already created SMM and use their api" and focus on marketing and building a more beautiful SMM panel with their API. (not other way, I have tried the one man army thrill, it just doesnt work) Unless you got a team of 4 people working with you with a capital of at least $40,000 to start, and charge people 0.80 per 1000 views etc... you wont make your money back unless you get recognized and love by the people.

buy 100 phones 70(androids) 30(iphones/ jailbreak them) 100 SIM cards (with a top up of at least $5 in each to surf the internet each having its own IP and provider is better) some SIMS allow you to use social media accounts free of charge without using the internet but they are contracts [up to you]- and hook them up all to 1 pc, and monitor them with one software to operate remotely, there are softwares outhere that allow you to create paths, meaning that every phone will do the same action at the same time.

create your own nodejs server in your PC and build an api that interacts with the software and the BUYER. and thats all, I have mine setup only with 30 android phones at the moment, I'm getting most of them from ebay used.
