Do you think this is a real Bitcoin generator or not?

Hi, I just joined the forum recently, this will be where I'll be regularly, and now I have a question to ask.
I just went to the deep web and found a site called Bitcoin Generator. there you just need to enter your wallet address and choose the amount of bitcoins to generate, the minimum will be 0.1BTC and the maximum is 50BTC. I wonder why creating bitcoins is so easy, you only need to pay a fee of 0.0003 bitcoins called "miner pay".
In the interface of that website there is a chat box, and the participants are chatting with each other that they have received bitcoins. I also tried entering my wallet and generated 0.5BTC, and after 5 minutes of loading it said "your 0.5BTC has been created". It then asked me to deposit a fee of 0.0003BTC into the site's wallet before the other 0.5BTC was deposited into my wallet.
I would like to ask is it a new form of scam? Have you seen or heard of it? please let me know

This reminded my university teacher. Once she asked me if I had 10 bucks in my card (very few people had international cards here where I live), I asked why she needed them and she said that she saw a pop-up on her cell phone saying she won an iPhone 6s and she has to pay a delivery fee of $10

I could not convince her that it is a scam and ended up sending $10 knowing I'm sending it to a scammer.
