I don't know what you mean by high quality traffic from GSA, but you surely can get rank (for a period of time) and can rank for low medium keywords. If you are getting comments on your domain use some spam filter plugin or disable the comment. Target only tier 1, tier 2 countries TLD with high authority sites you might be able to get improved traffic

i think he want to get traffics by spam alot of blogs. I've got about 50 - 100 visitors from spam about 2M blogs, most of comment are waiting approval, so i think those traffics from webmasters. it depend niche , my niche is for wp plugin so may be webmasters interesting with it
