We apologize for everything that is happening. We have been extensively looking into the issue and we have found that someone or some group of people have been using our service under our name. They also got access to our Skype account and has been messaging clients without our knowledge. We've already brought up with the Mods.

We are truly looking into resolving this issue for you in the quickest way possible.

Please reply to the following questions as soon as possible so we can quickly resolve this issue:

1. When did you make your payment?
2. To which account & payment platform did you make your payment to?
3. What was the amount?
4. Please send us the payment confirmation number(s) or a screenshot of payment confirmation.

If you haven't already, please go ahead and file a chargeback for the payment made.

We understand that we are still responsible for certain services and products and will do whatever we can to resolve these issues and return what funds we can, accordingly.

Answer to your questions below:

1) I made the following transactions:
- Feb 23rd - $3000 USD via transferwise #219134174. Chargeback has been filed.
- April 26th - $1400 USD paid via stripe 2596-3386. Pending chargeback confirmation.
- June 7th - $3750 was paid in BTC (0.1). Transaction hash: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/53ff84e9c4e298e3a2ce6d2d883d37e2759a1d200576c14c4c7caaf0d85bca45 You will see the transaction record at the bottom of the page. I obviously cannot process a chargeback on this transaction and since this is the most recent payment, it is the one most impacted by the lack of services being provided.

Let me know if you need anything further.
 
Holy sht, I can't believe he's still active on Fiverr (and online as we speak), while we got robbed.
Here's to hoping the man ends up refunding us all, but wouldn't get our hopes up at this point...
 
I also got scammed by @wengthemeng. He has not been responding to me over the last few weeks on skype. I payed him 5k upfront for a new channel + 35 videos. After that he did nothing and was always making up excuses.

I will gather all the info I can find payments/screenshots and will make a post later. with @jorun

I'm aware that in the internet it's easy to over-promise and under-deliver and in most cases, it's just fine because that's how the pressure of low-pricing ends. I worked with a lot of people where that happened and at the end, i just figured out how to make it profitable in the end. Happens, that's life. If everything works out every single first time you try something we would be all millionaires or much more. Since I used BTC there is no process of charge back, which I like a lot, but since Jon started to lying I don't believe he will solve it in a fair manner.

I'm not aware of the US-System, filling a complaint with the FBI should do the job or is it useless?

That’s his full legal name which he used to register his ‘scam’ businesses. He and his brother seem to be both in the guru get rich quick scheme (have both of their business adresses which are registered on both their home addresses, an appartement and closed gate community home).

Just like I said before, don’t think i can share any other personal info here

His domain’s for youtube “startup” services were:
- ytstartup.com
- viralvideosuccess.com

Hope no one else will lose their money to this guy, and Jon you are probably reading these threads since you knew in the chat about it, so this message is for you.

Sadly doubt much can be done, unless living in the U.S at the very least.
Also that LLC page has two different addresses under his own name so wouldn't surprise me if he fabricated those as well...
