Obviously this is a public forum, so I don't expect anyone to hold my hand OR your hand OR anyone's hand. Pigs get slaughtered... BUT HEAR ME OUT!

Over the years I've grown tired of seeing people get scammed and lose trust in humanity. We are black hat, but are we all evil? Each buyer must do their own due diligence but for scams bans are not enough. Also sometime the buyer is also at fault.

I like to think there is some civil-ness here at BHW in between all the chaos. So, let's do what we can to educate the community and separate the scams from the sauceee.

My Suggestion:

a) PLEASE READ: Sticky Post -> A comprehensive list of all past scam providers (updated w/ date stamps and what they were offering)
b) Banned Accounts - More information on why a person was banned if due to BST violations
c) Color Designation - Temporary color designations or tag for any member under review for confirmed allegations in "The Shit List"

These are just suggestions, so feel free to change absolutely nothing - Just some random thoughts. I am sure your job is hella tough as it is mods.

Thanks BHW <3

To some point but the problem with this is even if you put a "sticky" post about it , some people just don't read. Mind that there is also buyers that are trying to scam sellers by refunding , even when they got a good service. I guess there is nothing to do about it.

I think the best way to look at it is that BHW is just a forum. Its a place where sellers can find buyers. It has nothing to do with the sales process or service being sold. If you bought from an individual from a social network or listing site like craigslist, or if you saw an advert for a product in a shop window, you wouldn't expect any protection from the social network site, craigslist of shop displaying the advert right?

You should treat the buyer with the same caution like you would when buying from any website or from any individual.

Thats what happens when you get scammed. That doesnt prevent you from getting scammed.

Use Paypal for your dealings as they offer 30 days buyer protection

a) there will be tons of them and you can't expect if someone else offering the same thing that it must also be a scam
b) don't do any dealing with banned account. I'm pretty sure that you at least check it first
c) Yes, you can implement this, but it also means that someone already gets scammed.

I guess they already put up below why the user was Banned. I can see some Banned Profile.

This is a good suggestion. Hope Admin will consider

Some moderators and the owner spoke about an escrow service that should solve the majority of scams when used.

If we fail to update that, we suck at being perfect, please PM me and I'll be happy to update that.

The other Mods are spot on solid but I probably fail to make that username status adjustment.

Thanks for the response and your time @BassTrackerBoats.

(It's gotta be nuts running the internet's version of an invite sexy people only casino club plopped in the middle of a kiddie pool.)

I heard this as well. Definitely a step in the right direction!
