is the Visa that you have linked added only to that one PP account?
This happens when you add same card to more than 2 PP accounts, or keep adding it and deleting it from 1-2 accounts.

Yes I linked Visa card only to this one PP acc. Should I try delete and add again to see what happens ?

I doubt that will make any difference. Even when you click on "New card" in the window in screenshot you posted, you get option to add card, you add it, but then you're redirected to same page and only Mastercard is shown.
Have you verified the VISA?
When a friend of mine had same issue, I remember I were reading PP forums for solution, and most of advises there were to wait 2-3 days and everything will come back to normal. However, we couldn't wait and we called PP support. Solved in couple of minutes.
I remember that the card we had issue with was 3DS...
So, call support, or wait...

I forgot to say its a visa prepaid card. This master card is also prepaid master card. So I dont have clue. I will try to verify it then

as per the screen i see a master not a visa, and for using the card set it as primary source

Paypal have many issues and bugs in these days contact support through call they will help you.

Still the same problem dont see my VISA on payment window when want to pay
