As a buyer, I always ask for sellers to confirm the identity on BHW by sending them a sort of a PIN code on BHW and ask them to confirm on Skype. Try mentioning to your buyers to do the same, that might help.
Also, instead of posting just Skype name and ID, you can post a direct link that starts a conversation with you on Skype.
I think it would be good idea if BHW would mandate this for all sales threads, reduce the possibility of scams.

oh I have also been scammed like this the scammer id is this please be aware of these, this is exactly as meerakat told I saw an ad regarding the person selling traffic so I searched the same name on skype to this scammer who is using the exact name and scammed

If only it was that easy. Scammers are happy to impersonate anyone that sells a service, the more expensive the better, because they don't have to worry about delivery and costs that it carries. As for scaling? They just impersonate more sellers so that they can catch more people who don't pay enough attention.

I wouldn't say they are evolving as scammers have been doing it this way for years.
This is why whenever someone is about to purchase something over Skype, they should always send a PM to the user here on BHW for confirmation before sending any money.
