Wpmanagerdx problem - cant stay logged in

Greetings all!

I hope someone can give me a simple fix for this problem. I have just installed WP Manager DX 2.46 and everything installed properly. The database had no errors in setup. Now I go to log in and i takes me to the admin page. However, whenever I click on something in the admin panel, it takes me to the login page saying that I need to log in again. It always kicks me back to the login page when I click anything in the admin panel.
I reinstalled everything just to make sure. My browser is set to accept all cookies. What else could be the problem?

Sorry can not help there she is a friend and a college as the old saying goes get what you pay for in your case looks like you paid for nothing and got nothing.
