It's almost a year-old site. I am good at building pillow and diversity backlinks so I did that when the site was 1 month old.

There are guest posts links available for your budget, but your going to need to spend a lot more in order to get enough links to significantly improve rankings.

At the moment you may be better off focusing on writing more content for low comp keywords

Yeah, you may find some guest post writers on Flippa and get 1-3 articles written and published for that budget. But honestly, what for? That alone won't lead you anywhere.

There are a lot of SEO experts on this forum itself, you can search through the BHW Marketplace or post a thread in the 'Hire a freelancer' section to start receiving offers.
