Reaching 4000 views [ Question ]

I have just opened a YT channel - reached 3k+ subs already - but not sure how to get 4k views. Considering my videos are short. Please suggest the ideas like sub reddits etc to look into?

Go to studio on left side scroll to monetization check for completed public watch hours
Post more videos

Thanks everyone for your comment. Yeah I meant 4000 watch hours. I am currently getting around 10 watch hours daily - it may take months to see the RPM etc.

Wondering if there's any subreddits or other forums helping to get more views.

0.7 % ? 3000 is much more of 4000 total.

why dont u just get 4000 watchhours from any smm panel? you will only have to upload a 1 hour video for that, and buy 4000 watch hours on it, thats it, it will complete in 15 days and u will get monetized. Do u want to share how you got the 3000 subscribers? where did u buy it from?

are you talking about uploading youtube shorts or just short youtube videos. There is a big difference between them as the hours from shorts won't be considered or counted as public watch hour as much as I know.
