Cheapest Cold Calling Solution for International Calls

Hey BHW, I'm a brazilian PPC manager and I want to use cold calling as a form of client acquisition, what is the best/cheapest software set-up that I can do to call local business owners with a local(US) phone number?

I came across a method using Twilio + GoHighLevel, but these are extremely expensive for someone living in a Third World Country like me, are there any cheap alternatives?

Try Voiso, or Skype, or Viber

If you have some experience of working with SIP, just using something like thinQ or telnyx with microsip app will save you like 60%. There is like an entire series on YouTube for setting up something like Astericks for SIP PBX>
If you can hire devs or do some telecom setup on your own, you can setup your own Astericks server and only take few PSTN lines from bulk providers (check out Bandwidth, Lumens and Kamailo ) , you'll be golden.

Skype has that option, but each number will cost you money, on Viber you are calling from number which you have registered with.

In Viber you can buy sms verification service, register on Viber and then buy their package,

Voiso is Voip company, they have great system but their services will cost you $$$.
