For low budget, aged channels are always better than fresh channels. The older, the better, with videos >> without videos > fresh channel.
For high budget:
I think for Motivation niche, you can buy a monetized channel to work with and start earning from beginning.
Crypto is big but quite sensitive niche, may get demonetized if you arent careful. You can try to monetize it through content ID with my Claim ID channel.
And approve to Adsense when ur channel is big enough.

The chance u get banned is likely 1%, because i never do any fishy thing with channel before sell (only upload videos, boost views subs).
But well, youtube system is the one who decide it, not me or you. So its 1% not 0.
