Don't use trendyigpanel.com as they're scammers

Shout out to the OG mod tymillz for ultimately deciding in my favor.
How restrictions have eased since then.

Marketplace has change a lot over the years. I remember in 2011 I couldn't get a micro niche creation service live because someone else was already selling websites on the forum.
