Scammed 600$ by @360MOB months ago

i write a thread before about Google Threshold seller, but i wanted to post the prove as the @360MOB seller doesn't want to refund or deliver what he promise especially when his sale page and profile got banned on BHW.
Here's the last part of the conversation from Telegram that shows that he didn't care and lies about delivering the accounts.

exactly, it happen around the time when he got banned here, so he just took the money and didn't reply to all text sent to him.
i tried to post him on shit list but they keep re-posting it here on BlackHat Lounge.

btw, anyone interested in creating google threshold accounts, here's some tips that the scammer used:
after the recent google update he now use EDU Email, you can see that from the conversation that posted above.
he said the process take him a week, so he probably warm the accounts after he add the billing for 4 or 5 days.
the payment method that he used on the account that i bough from him previously is PayPal.
and the last trick is creating Google business website to start the dummy campaign so he can be able to spend 25$ to 30$ a day at the beginning.

The first letter of the address.
if it starts with 1, it's a legacy address
if it starts with 3, it's a nested segwit
and bc1 is native segwit (bech32)
