Quick Review: Got all sites delivered from OP a few days ago.
Just slab some good amount of branding links and here go the rankings after few days (links indexed in 9th Sept). Still need to see what ranking position it will stabilize at!

Overall: The service is worth every penny if you're trying to expand your IM source of income!
- Got low comp keywords to target (town/city population is decent actually).
- Decent design sites (he also gives instructions to place phone number and form embed too)
- Good communication, great support for things I'm not familiar with.

Thanks for the review, always great seeing results like this. The great thing with local is ROI is so much better than review style websites. 1 page website with backlinks easily can earn more than mosts niche sites will. Currently, I'm testing different backlink tactics for each site to see what works best and calculate ROI!

After reading your journeys I'm more inclined to dive into local.
What's holding me back is that you didn't share much about some core points of your strategy for growing your sites, namely linkbuilding and copywriting.
Linkbuilding: you said you use only PBNs, ok but how about link velocity, anchor distribution, PBN types (there's some here that can blast 1000 links in a day and others that give you 10 niche edits on heavily backlinked guest blogs, like monster white to make an example)
Copywriting: i don't mean to be cynical here, but I don't expect you to build sites for potential competitors the same way you would do for yourself.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this offer is not real. You are definitely for real and you would know hot to grow these sites, but newbies may have a hard time doing that, and they are the main target of this ad or not?
Then a question: why a dedicated server? Do you think hosting the sites on cheaper shared servers would be detrimental even at their initial stage?
