Scammed $120 By Fischlein11 for Google ads Threshold account

Hi, the screenshots i have attached below and the extra links i have listed show the full conversation with this seller. I have referenced which screenshots to check to backup my claims down below. so a couple months ago i ordered a few google ad accounts from him. everything was fine and i decided to order two more. he delivered them but they got suspended instantly every single time i added a white hat campaign, and the replacement he offered also got suspended. i followed his guide perfectly waited time to login to the accounts, made sure the budget was set to £5 and they still got suspended he said he will give me new ones so i was waiting. He constantly lied about the dates of delivery. when the day came he just announced another further date also he tried to recommended another skype seller to buy the ads accounts which was his alt account most likely (show in scam screenshot 20-23) and in scam screenshot 25/26 i had enough of this and confronted him and he got super aggressive (shown in scam 25-26) at the end of the scam screenshots i was feeling nice and willing to accept $60 (payment for 1 of the 2 account) refunded which he said he will send but he lied. If he just complied and sent me the partial refund to avoid further headache but since he is acting like this ignoring me even more. i would now like a full refund for both accounts which was $120

I got scammed from Fischlein11 , I got from him some google ads account from thread https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/one-stop-google-ads-fully-verified-premium-google-ads-accounts.1215799/ ,
only first one worked fine then The others accounts start getting banned , he made replacement and replacement get banned too
a few days ago he confirm to me that the problem fixed and he can deliver new account in a few moments
I made new order , then he disappear
he answer few days later an he said that he will deliver it the same day
again he disappear , he got online many times but he did not respond .

This deal was not started at BHW. however, I was referred to the Seller via BHW due to a sales thread that was not archived, yet. and indexed @ Google.
I hope that BHW does not support this kind of insults.

Scammer is contacting previous buyers/interests to buy more accounts because he found a new way that's why. This pathetic scammer failed miserably after the latest update and tried to scam as many people as possible before making an exit
