1. keywords ranking
2. organic visitors website gets from Google
3. Traffic valuation (from Ahrefs)

it's hard to understand the link's valuation on that domain + content update/uniqueness (and how many sponsored links are already posted on the website)

$70+ for iGaming, Nutra, etc.

Will that backlink placed on homepage ?
What about RDs and referring URLs of that site (page of your backlink) - have they do-follow backlinks itself ?

Think about link juice to your site from that backlink.
If it is inner page backlink - it is worth $10 - unless it has external do-follow backlinks,
or that page has link from homepage.

It's quite easy to manipiluate MOZ with links which looks 'normal'. I have seen a guy using all kinds of redirect urls from google domains to increase DA. Problem is that still many people only check this metric and nothing else.
