Relabel SEO Marketplace Section

Personally, we should split the link building into subsections to make it easier.

I personally don't see much of a difference between Link Building & Link Packages

There are many Link Building BSTs (if not all) that offer "Packages" in their BST, which kind of defeats the purpose of "Link Packages" being a section on it's own.

I would suggest maybe the type of backlink building instead.

• Guest posts/Niche edits
• PBNs
• Web2.0/diversity/All-in-one/other
• Premium SEO - Guest Posts / Niche Edits / Manual Outreach/ HARO / Editorial links
• Regular SEO - Managed PBN services / PBNs / Press Releases / Forum, Quora, Reddit, Wikipedia etc. links / Local SEO
• Basic SEO - Web 2.0 / Diversity / Foundation links / Blog comments

It is sometimes quite a hassle trying to find what you want to buy, especially when the title doesn't tell me jack.

My honest opinion to all you BST holders, having a title that doesn't tell me what you offer does not attract my attention
^ enough about that because this isn't about that. If you want to bitch about it, start your own thread

Anyways, It would feel like a more nice touch, afterall, we already have "2" sections for link building, we are technically just adding 1 more right and renaming the other two

BHW needs to seriously consider what OP mentioned.
It's user friendly and also helps sellers a lot with more sales as it provide more visibility to there threads.

With present structure first page of seo-link building are mostly advertisement threads.
It's too hard to find threads we are looking for.

• Premium SEO - Guest Posts / Niche Edits / Manual Outreach / Managed PBN services / Editorial links
• Regular SEO - PBNs / Press Releases / Forum, Quora, Reddit, Wikipedia etc. links

The quality & price should be maintained for the section. This will seggregate services to a great extent.

SEO services is just a fancy name. It wouldn't make much difference if it's Others section. Local SEO should be On-page SEO instead (I'm not sure if it comes under web design service). When I said Local SEO, I was thinking about GMB creation and verification service.

Managed PBN is when a service provider creates and maintains PBN for users. It includes domain, hosting, content, and backlinks. I think monthly linkbuilding services can also be listed under Premium (sellers use multiple names for this service).

True, but was thinking more of the lines of simplifying it since that may pose a high potential of confusing an average user who isn't that knowledgeable about SEO

For an average user, it should look like costly, moderate, and cheap SEO services. This will also improve reputation of BHW because when I search for "bhw link building" (which I think any unfamiliar user would do), I mostly find negative reviews because there is a generalization of link building services. Someone purchases diversity package from the most popular thread in link building section and complains that BHW links don't work (or blackhat SEO doesn't work).

We can improve the situation to a great extent by seggregating these services. The reviewers can at best say that cheap SEO services on BHW don't work. This will definitely bring more customers to the sellers.

I am not going to name them but I know sellers here who sell links not even worth a fifth of what they are asking for
On the flip side, I also seen some "cheap" link that are actually really good links, and they shouldn't be "thrown" in the "cheap SEO service" just because they are offering it cheaply.

This won't happen in the next 50 years. Our subconscious minds make a note of sales threads and we skip them. For example, I don't even read when I see WTB flair because I'm not selling anything. There are many regular users who usually don't buy anything and usually skip these threads. The sellers write fancy threads to drive users to at least check their threads. I think it's fine if they place the service name somewhere in the title.

I totally agree with you. This is the reason mods don't want to change anything. This can give some sellers unfair advantage over others, and they won't like if mods question the quality of their service to minute details.

A $25 guest post inc content, outreach etc isn't a premium product. Neither is a niche edit that gets placed 25 minutes after a person submits their details.

Yup, distinctly as humans, we usually will never associate "cheap" with "quality".

Just group it up as what type of link they are.
Also, doing due diligence is part of the fun looking for good sellers right

Let's not go there, I don't know what the ajfoaskosoi went through their mind when they thought of that, and I personally don't feel sorry for anyone who buys that either. (I do hope they brought it knowingly know what they brought)

Then again, they are just taking a poke at what "Guest Post" really means
"A Guest Post is an article written and posted on someone else's blog" which by all means, everything with an article and a link back to you is a guest post really, loosely defined.

But I do 100% agree, they are not premium services. However, everyone calls their pbn/guest post the best and premium and 100 other terms for it.
Just one opinion stacked against another sadly.
