ive seen that thread before and as I remember the op was not based in Russia. You know how many pm's I get from people from all over the world who wanna learn how to spam email?

and you are? International law expert? Have you ever been to Russia? Does the majority of your information come from tv where they are screaming about dangerous russian hackers and stuff like that?

I live in Russia One is not restricted with laws like a typical european person like others already said.
Cheap electricity, cheap internet, cheap life costs, you will not get sued for cold email, for using torrents or vpn. Taxes are also pretty low, financial monitoring is not that strict, it’s more than comfortable to run IT business. I can continue the list.
Yes, there are obvious cons of living here, but in context of IM “Russia is a blackhatters heaven”

I'm from Russia. It's very low cost of living and low taxes something about 5-6% + VAT. Winter is not good but Russia is very big and you can find a place with mild climate.
Personal liberty unless we talk about politics.
Another alternative is Ukraine. Both countries are very similar.

My guy. If you're pulling illegal moves outside of Russia while living here in Russia - you won't get touched in most of the cases until you leave the border. Literally, many mobsters, fraudsters, hackers have been picked up AS SOON AS they land somewhere outside Russia.

Another thing, if you will move here and start pulling moves within the Russian borders, we have a saying for people like you: "Тот, кто работает по РУ - к тому приходит по утру." Translate it to get the meaning of it.
