This is purely for blackhatters,

Since the laws there are very relaxed (as far as I know, in regards to online ventures), would you move to Russia if you rely primarily on income from ventures that would be deemed illegal in the U.S and Europe?

Imagine the amount of ideas you're probably not going to mess around with because you don't want to risk it; while being there, you can technically do whatever

Any examples of ventures that are illegal here that would cause you no problem in Russia?

What do you mean laws are relaxed? May I ask where did you hear this information from? What kind of ventures you are talking about?

I always feel like hacking, cold-email campaigns and that sort of stuff is not really frowned upon there. The whole torrent scene is fueled by the Russians, and they seem to have a more liberate stance as far as online activities are concerned (so long as you're away from politics). Again, this is not based on actual facts, just my assumptions

Russian myself, moved to North America 12 years ago. Still have a lot of friends there. And I don’t really understand what you mean by saying relaxed laws. It’s intense there. Censorship everywhere.
Obviously, I get it. Where I come from, basically all VPNs are blocked! :D

in terms of hacking and such. It’s easier simply because Russian government do not care what their citizens do in relation to western countries. There are no extradition agreement with western countries, meaning that hackers are sort of safe.

Yup... so, I'm not just farting here!

I mean, if someone relies heavily on this (definitely not me, i wish i had the knowledge.. lol), would they actually be interested in moving out there? I mean, if they don't really care about the political scene and all sorts of human rights violations; wouldn't it simply be a go-to location for hardcore blackhatters?

same as in China. Why not create the same post about China?

Do you think if you will be in USA hacking Russian servers you will be extradited to Russia?

I find this thread kinda like racist...

How is this racist when I'm only talking about the laws regarding online activities? lolz

No, I'd like to believe that if you're in the US hacking Russian servers, you'd either go to jail.. or get a new a job

It's racist because you are not giving any real facts only something that you heard on media and only what this thread is doing is incrementing to ethnic hatred.

Just believe me... if you will hack whatever countries servers in Russia you will also go to jail. There is nothing like: "ah this guy was hacking US servers so let him be and give him some extra vodka"

The problem is different... Problem with cross-country hacking is due to a lack of communication between information security, police departments of these different countries

Hacking is not blackhatting in BHW. Hacking is hacking. That reminded me to turn off my system internet connection before I go to sleep. :p

It's not something I heard on the media. To some extent, there is factual evidence here.

People who upload stolen\copyrighted adult content on Russian servers so they can monetize it, for example

Already living in Russia . I love Russia especially because there is very little racism in russia. People are good. And beautiful women

I just happened to mention hacking as well, but see my previous example of blackhat practices
