Take a while, not garantee to work on difficult backlinks. These days even with indexers it is difficult to index backlinks
That is still connected to how indexing works if you don't know you may want to learn SEO better.

Yes you don't know what you are talking about very clearly
Google can process some information or data more easily than others meaning if you send Google stuff it can process right or well it can mean your index rate goes very high or higher than before.
If you do send Google a lot of things it can't understand or process that can mean your index rate gets very slow .
Backlinks work yes but that is part of a much bigger thing for indexing overall.

Create dummy google sites or blogspots and just paste the links there. Google bot will visit these pages and will find your links/backlinks

I have tried this with blogspot, post containing my links is indexed in google but links are still not indexed links are also web2.0 but when i am submitting them in GSC it's showing 5xx error
