if your content sucks, then it will not get indexed these days. if this happens, know this: you suck and you just need to suck less!!

also, if it the content is good, social media shares across aged social media account works.

For free and without any tool is kinda tough if you're scaling it,
this can work with a couple of hundreds at most, ofc if you don't want to spend hours daily to index your links,
Try with social sharing, doorways, parasites and typically any website/page that get frequently crawled
