4 clients in 6 months is not very promising, so whatevver sales and marketing infrastructure you have in place is not very good and needs re-doing properly.

Unless you have a proven product I cannot really do a JV with you for this, as you will not have the marketing infrastructure needed in place and I am not going to build that for you for free.

When you are launching a new product you need to get proof of concept for your product and spend your own money doing that and building the marketing infrastructure needed.

Once you have that in place, feel free to get back to me about a JV.
