So If I get 2 links for same domain (but 2 different pages) from same article it's fine ?You are safe no need to worry...

It's fine, two links from a good site will help boost your site. Toxic backlinks may hurt your ranking if they are coming from spammy/low authority site.

As long as the website you are getting the links from is relevant to your niche and has good traffic, you should be fine.
Based on where it is in the article, the first link will likely pass more link juice than the 2nd one.
If there are other links ahead of them, you might be missing out. (Correct me if I'm wrong on this part)

No need to worry as long as the backlinks are from the spammed website they would do any harm .
2 backlinks from same website but different pages of high DA website would definitely increase the overall ranking of your website and its traffic .

Seriously though, it's more than fine, and a blessing, if it's a good website.
Who knows what google thinks of them, and how it classifies things with regards to more than 1 link though.
If it was something special then forums with site links, like bhw, you can build hundreds of backlinks if you have a good account, as each link shows on a different page.
I know from experience doing just that doesn't somehow magically give you super google rankings, so having even THOUSANDS of links from the same website isn't a problem either.
I'm sure by now google bot has seen it all! Nothing could surprise it!

Its fine as long as the website from where you are getting link is somehow related to your website. or the content surrounding your link is related to your website.
