With the click of a button, you can change this public IP or even change modems to another city/state that we offer but you only get one unique 4G LTE mobile IP at the same time. This means if you only use an IP for 5 seconds, then change it (takes 5 seconds) then in theory with each proxy license you purchase you can get up to 8,640 unique IPs per day. Remember these are not low quality "rotating" or "back-connect" botnet proxies, these are true 4G LTE mobile modems. If you wanted to run 100 threads and all 100 threads need a unique IP at the exact same time, then you would need to purchase 100 proxy licenses. The IP, Port, User & Pass remain the same even when changing IPs unless you change to another proxy location.
Q: What is the difference between your single-location and multi-location proxy subscription?
A: For our multi-location packages including our 24hr day pass, you get unlimited access to all 16+ locations (25+ Locations in October 2020) that we offer and with the click of a button you can instantly switch to a new proxy geo-location unlimited times. A: With one proxy license you get ONE dedicated 5G modem at a time, this means you get one mobile IP from Verizon Wireless. With the click of a button, you can change this public IP or even change modems to another city/state that we offer but you only get one unique 4G LTE mobile IP at the same time. This means if you only use an IP for 5 seconds, then change it (takes 5 seconds) then in theory with each proxy license you purchase you can get up to 8,640 unique IPs per day. Remember these are not low-quality "rotating" or "back-connect" botnet proxies, these are true 4G LTE mobile modems. If you wanted to run 100 threads and all 100 threads need a unique IP at the exact same time, then you would need to purchase 100 proxy licenses. The IP, Port, User & Pass remain the same even when changing IPs unless you change to another proxy location.
Q: What is the difference between your single-location and multi-location 5G proxy subscription?

I signed up 4 days ago, I used one day well, 3 days now has been painful. I picked Boston,MA and didn't change proxy, I knew sometimes changing location fix the downtime, but my tasks required stable unchanged IP

I'm old customer, I have used ProxyGuys since 2020, I stopped after around 9 months of using or so as quality of proxy started to drop significantly after upgrades to more location at the very first attempt.I don't know, for me live chat never online, I can't see anyone. I tried to summited the form in contact page but never get any respond. I only get quick respond here on BHW, it's weird.

I tried, but again, nothing better, 5G or not, a lot of downtime and timeout. I really liked you guys, but it's really hard to be royal customer again.
It's slower, more downtime, lagging customer service, price went a little bit higher with 5G release but nothing special.
There is another 5G topic here on BHW, they lacked of customer service too and only have one location, just one, I hated it at first but their proxy is damn stable and fast without mirror issues happen every single day like this. And I chose them now though they're not the best.
If you can issue me a refund, just go ahead, I gave it more try but it's frustration.
