Everytime i log in they give me an get an option "earn money from your video" even though its a movie i do not own, but i could still make money from it because once they got me up and running theyll have amazon ads on the video or whatever, noone else on youtube has this movie because almost all parts of the movie are claimed under wmg, thus muting the video. Every video on there has over 10,000 views and hits the front page of the popular movie title itself, the videos make over 500 views a day, along with comments, you could get money from youtube, and if you have a site you want to promote you could even put the annotations and a link to your site.

I have like 10 channels that give me an option to be a YouTube partner, I think it's just an automated message when a video gets alot of views in a short time because all of those channels have videos with music from WMG or UMG. If you do apply to be a partner, your video will probably be deleted.

my main account has 5000 subs and makes 3000 views the first day and it hasnt asked me to be a partner. So you could be wrong, the movie was asked to be a partner after 2000 views its 4 day.

He's right. If you do apply to be a partner, your video will be checked by their staff. If it obviously infringes copyright, the video will be deleted. Or if you're lucky, they might not delete your video but don't allow you to become a partner.

Those messages sure are automated and they're only for a one-video-partnership. You will only become a full youtube partner (partnership for your whole channel), if all your videos are free of materials infringing copyright.

You'll get those automated messages if your video has a lot of views (example: I got one for one of my older videos, which had like 50.000 views after more than a year) or if it gets a lot of views in a short period of time (example: I got one for a recent video which got about 30.000 views in a few days).

I have 2 different channels where i just uploaded a video oh my phone. Each channel only has 1 video and the video has 20,000 views. I get the become partner message on both channels when I log in. Applyed for one and didn't get accepted lol
