did it take you 72 hours to review the book?

Yep, it does take up to 96h to get your book approved " as max " usually between 48-72h but some books got approved after 90hours

but i encourage you to give it a try !

OP it looks like you have internet so you can use Google and don't wait for someone to tell you. Maybe it is a chance to save you time in the future.

When you publish a new book they give you some exposure, like google does with seo when you release a new site, to see if the book sells. That's why you sold one very quickly. Then you have to maintain your rankings on the long term and it's another story.
Stuff your description with kws, use every field to include text, take care of your titles, look at wha your competitors do to rank and do the same/improve.
Use automation if you can, doing everything manually requires some nice amount of courage (which you seem to have btw)

From the one book that I've published, there are a few promos that you can run with Amazon to get free exposure, like free kindle reading for selected time & price drops, this gives you a boost for sure.

The other option is sponsoring it, but that does cost, and it sadly starts at $100 minimum per campaign.
With this, if you spend $100 to make back $120 in revenue, it could be an interesting arbitrage game.
If anyone's done this please let me know how it went as I have thought about trying it in the past.

Good luck to your journey! I hope you must concentrate your descriptions & titles with relevant keywords. It seems that the revenue is too small for 100+ books published.
